Turn
off the phone and remove the back cover.

a hair dryer and warm the glass to make adhesive soften.

a cutter separate the glass a little bit to make a room for the plastic pick or
other plastic tool.

the frame of the old adhesive tape and install new.

the LCD for dust and install the new touch screen glass.

reassemble the phone.
