How to disassemble Samsung VC8714C3B-XEC Vacuum Cleaner

Disassembly of CASE-CYCLONE ASSY
Pull out CASE-CYCLONE ASSY From the body of VACUUM CLEANER.
Detach COVER-CYCLONE ASSY from CASE ASSY.
Remove CAP-COVER CYCLONE, HOLDER-SPONGE ASSY and FILTER CYCLONE from COVER-CYCLONE.
Remove GRILLE-HEPA ASSY and BRUSH-CYCLONE ASSY from CASE ASSY.
Remove HANDLE-CYCLONE UP from CASE-ASSY and then, remove 2 screws, using (+) screwdriver to remove HANDLE-CYCLONE LOW.
Disassembly of BODY-MID ASSY
Detach BUTTON-SWITCH and BUTTON-C/REEL with a fiat head screw driver.
Remove GRILLE-BACK and MICRO FILTER from the body of VACUUM CLEANER.
Using sharp metal, remove CAP-SCREW (4pcs) and then, loosen 6 screws and detach BODY-MID.
Remove HANDLE ASSY, HOLDER-HANDLE, DUCT-OUTLET and PANEL-CONTROL ASSY from BODY MID.
Disassembly of PBA MAIN
Remove the connector-wires from PBA MAIN.
Loosen 1 screw and remove PBA-MAIN.
Loosen 1 screw and remove PBA-LAMP.
Disassembly of BASE-UP ASSY
Remove CAP-AIR, SEAL-OUTLET, DAMPER-ASSY and SWITCH-PRESSURE from the BODY BASE-UP
Loosen 2 screws and detach DUST-INLET.
To remove DUCT-CYCLONE and SEAL-DUST, remove 5 screws.
Loosen 7 screws and detach BODY BASE-UP.
Disassembly of BODY-BASE ASSY
Remove BAND-BODY, COIL-HARMONIC, COVER-BASE and GRILLE FILTER ASSY from BODY-BASE.
Disassembly of MOTOR
Separate MOTOR from BODY-BASE.
Separate SUPPORT-MOTOR ASSY, SPONGE MOTOR and CUSHION-MOTOR F from MOTOR FAN AC.
Separate the W/HARNESS-MOTOR from MOTOR-FAN AC.
Disassembly of CORD REEL ASSY
Detach GUARD-CORD With a fiat head screw driver.
Separate CORD-REEL ASSY.
Remove LEVER-BRAKE ASSY from BODY-BASE

Assembly of CORD-REEL ASSY
Hold COVER-REEL and wind the power cord 4~5times.
When winding is completed, reassemble CORD-REEL ASSY immediately into the body.

How to disassemble Panasonic Multi-styling Straightener EH-HW1, EH-HW32, EH-HW51

* Remove Shaft Cover from Main Body by Slotted screwdriver (Minus driver).
* Remove Torx screws at Shaft position by Phillips screwdriver (Plus driver).

* Push Shaft out by tiny-shaped Phillips screwdrivers (Plus driver) and pull it out from the main body.
* Remove Pivot spring by gripping and pulling it out from the Main body.
* Remove 6 Screws for fitting Press plate side by Phillips screwdrivers (Plus driver).
* Press plate cover at the Hook part by Slotted screwdriver (Minus driver).
* Remove Lock Button and Lock Button Spring.
* Remove Iron Plate of Heater B from Hook
* Remove Slide Plate and Slide Spring.
* Take off Press Plate.
* Remove 2 Screws of the Housing side by Phillips screwdriver (Plus driver).
* Remove 6 Screws by Phillips screwdriver (Plus driver).
* Remove Housing A from Housing B in Grip Case as following the drawing.
* Take off Iron Plate and Circuit assembly b/k from Housing B.

How to Disassemble LG Bread maker HB-151JE

To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plug, or appliance in water or other liquid.
Do not touch hot surfaces. Always use oven mitts when handling the hot bread pan of bread.
Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is used by or near children.
Unplug the unit from the outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow the bread maker to cool before attaching or removing parts.
Do not touch moving parts.
Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or it has been dropped or damaged in any manner. Return the appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair, or mechanical adjustment.
Attachments that are not recommended or sold by the appliance manufacturer should not be used.
Do not use outdoors.
Do not let the cord hang over the edge of the table or counter or touch hot surfaces.
Do not place on or near a gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
To disconnect, grip the plug and pull it out from the wall outlet. Never pull the cord.
Do not use the appliance for other than the intended use.
This product is intended for household use only.
Before servicing, you should keep your hands dry. The power cord must be unplugged to protect electrical hazards.
Wear gloves when assembling or disassembling the appliance to avoid being injured by a sharp edge.
Place the bread maker allowing at least 4-inch air space around sides and top of the bread maker.
Always place the bread maker on a heat-proof counter top or table during operation.
This bread maker must be placed on a firm, flat, and solid surface.
120V/60Hz rated Bread Machine has a polarized plug : one blade is wider than the other.  230V/50Hz rated Bread Machine has to be earthed.
The marked electrical rating of the extension cord should be at least as great as the appliance.
The longer cord should be arranged so it will not drape over the counter top or tabletop where it can be pulled by children or tripped over.

HOW TO DISASSEMBLE
Turn the Top Cover assembly upside down and pull out the inner cover and the viewing window.
Pull out the control panel.
After disconnecting leads, remove the oven case main assembly from the chassis by unscrewing two machine screws fixing oven case main assembly.
Remove the lead wire assembly and sheath heater assembly from the oven case main assembly.

Turn the bread maker upside down. Remove four legs and base cover by unscrewing. Pull out the power cord assembly on the bottom of the unit. Remove the chassis assembly from the out case.
Remove the poly V-belt.
Remove nut and pulley washer, then kneading pulley can be disconnected.
Remove the E-ring, washer, and pulley shaft assembly.
Remove the motor pulley from the motor shaft by removing one machine screw. Remove three fixing screws, then the kneading motor and motor cushion can be disassembled.
Turn the chassis upside down and remove the oven base and the capacitor.
When you reassemble the kneading pulley, poly V-belt, and motor pulley after service or repair; adjust the centre of the kneading pulley, poly V-belt, and motor pulley as follows.

Sharp FU40SE Air Purifier – FAULTS

No display. (Power supply lamp)
The temperature fuse is blown. > Replace the temperature fuse ass'y and the defective parts (motor).
Improper wiring.> Check the connector insertion, or repair or replace the connector.
It is unusually heavy when fan motor is turned by hand. (The motor is defective and current fuse broken.) > Replace the motor and the PWB
Disconnection of current fuse on a power PWB. (Those with the possibility with poor Motor.) > Check the motor. (Fan motor is turned by hand as mentioned above,
and it is replace the motor and PWB of Motor when heavy).
The fan feels extremely heavy when you rotate it manually.(The motor is broken and the PWB current fuse is blown.) > Replace the motor and the PWB.
The PWB is defective.> Replace it.
The power supply cord is broken.> Replace it.
Malfunction of the keys (You cannot activate the keys.)
The PWB is defective.> Replace it.
The unit is not assembled properly. > repair or replace it.
The key remains pressed down. > Repair.
The fan motor does not rotate.
The PWB is defective. > Replace it.
Improper wiring. > The check of connector insertion, repair, replace.
The motor is defective. > Replace it.
The silent lamp is flashing.
The fan motor does not rotate. > Replace the motor.
The motor harness is not inserted to the motor properly. > Check the insertion.
The motor harness is not inserted to the PWB properly. > Check the insertion.
Noise is heard.
The motor is defective > Replace it.
The motor is not installed properly. > Repair.
The shape of the fan is not suitable > replace it.
The fan is not installed properly > Repair or replace it.
A cluster has the sound of " tick ", " tick ", " tick ". This is sound that is emitted when the unit is generating cluster ions.  And this is not a trouble. > If the sound is irritating, such as when sleeping, etc., set the cluster ion mode to OFF.
The unit cannot be operated on the remote control.
The unit is used near the inverted lighting. > Change the installation position.
The lighting equipment is old and blinking. > Replace the lighting equipment.
The unit is used in direct sunlight. > Change the installation position.
The remote control is defective > Replace it.
The PWB is defective. > Replace it.
The batteries are not mounted on the remote control. > Mount the batteries.

Dust collection performance is bad
