If you see a blank screen with a red key on the bottom of the screen, press 'Function' and 'Mute' at the same time. This should unlock the channel. Unlock all of the channels on the TV by entering the factory reset code. There are three main reset codes that TV manufacturers set. These are 0711, 6688 and 3308. 1.Use the remote ( cannot deactivate without the remote )
2.Press Menu
3.Press P Down ( channel down button ) Twice till SETUP is highlighted in White
4.Press Volume up once ( this takes you into the setup menu )
5.The CHILD LOCK option is at the top and should be highlighted white.
6.Use the volume up button to select ON or OFF
7.Press MENU button once you have selected ON or OFF.
