E-1-1 - Motor Encoder Error
1. Circumstance of Malfunction: Display shows E-1-1; unit does not operate
Troubleshooting
A. Turn unit off and on.
B. Inspect whether the encoder wire is connected to the drive board.
C. Replace the servo motor.
D. Replace the drive board
E-1-2-Motor Excessive Heat Error
Circumstance of Malfunction: Display shows E-1-2, the overheated motor error message.Unit operates at half speed
Troubleshooting
A. is the thermal sensor wire connected properly?
B. Is the servo motor amp draw too high?
C. Replace the drive board as a test.
D. Is the walk belt worn or too tight?
E. Has the machine been used for a long, long time without rest? If so, shut off the unit 30 minutes to cool.
E-1-3 -Motor Speed Error
Circumstance of Malfunction: Display shows E-1-3, the motor speed error message
Troubleshooting
A. Re-start the unit.
B. Inspect whether the encoder wire is attached properly.
C. Replace the drive board as a test.
D. Replace the servo motor
E-2-1 -IGBT Excessive Current Error
Circumstance of Malfunction: Display shows E-2-1, the IGBT excessive current error message.
Troubleshooting
A. Re-start the unit.
B. Inspect whether the servo motor wires are connected properly to the motor.
C. Replace the drive board.
D. Inspect the servo motor windings for a break.
E. Replace the servo motor.
E-2-2-IGBT Excessive Heat Error
Circumstance of Malfunction: Display shows E-2-2, the IGBT error code. The unit operates at half speed.
Troubleshooting
A. Inspect whether the drive board servo motor wires are connected properly.
B. Replace the drive board.
C. Inspect the servo motor windings for a break.
D. Replace the servo motor.
E-3-1 -Incline Calibration Error
Circumstance of Malfunction: Display shows E-3-1, the incline calibration error
Circumstance of Malfunction
A. Inspect whether the calibration switch wire is connected properly to the drive board.
B. Inspect whether the calibration switch operates normally.
C. Replace the drive board as a test.
E-4-2/ E-4-3 - Low/High Voltage Errors
Circumstance of Malfunction:(1) Display shows E-4-2, the low voltage error message. Re-start the unit after voltage stabilizes.
(2)Display shows E-4-3, the high voltage error message. Re-start the unit after voltage stabilizes.
Troubleshooting
A. Inspect exterior power supply.
B. Replace the drive board as a test.
E-8-1 -Communication Error at Start
Circumstance of Malfunction: Turn on unit power. Display shows E-8-1. Unit does not operate
Troubleshooting
A. Inspect whether the display IC is inserted properly.
B. Inspect whether the data cables are connected properly.
C. Replace the drive board as a test.
E-8-2 -Communication Error During Operation
Circumstance of Malfunction: During operation, E-8-2 appears. Unit stops operating.
Troubleshooting
A. Inspect whether the display IC is inserted properly.
B. Inspect data cable connections.
C. Replace the drive board as a test
Motor Does Not Operate
Definition: Motor does not operate. Drive board does not read encoder signal.
Circumstance of Malfunction
1.The drive board does not emit voltage to the motor, so the motor does not operate.
2.Motor malfunction prevents its operation.
3.The encoder cable is not inserted properly or is defective.
4.When motor operates in reverse for up to 0.3 seconds, and speed exceeds 0.4 KPH
